Components of the System
1. Calcium Sulphate Core Panel
High-density calcium sulphate core panels reinforced with cellulose fibers to provide superior strength, fire resistance and structural stability. The homogeneous construction ensures consistent load performance and long-term durability.
2. Galvanized Steel Bottom Sheet
A galvanized steel backing plate may be applied to the underside of the panel to enhance structural rigidity, impact resistance, and moisture protection.
3. Edge Protection System
Panel edges are protected with durable PVC or ABS edge banding to prevent damage during installation and ensure precise panel alignment.
4. Adjustable Steel Pedestals
Heavy-duty galvanized steel pedestals support the raised floor structure and allow precise height adjustment to meet project requirements.
5. Surface Finish Options
Panels can be supplied with a variety of finishes depending on project requirements:
