AVAYO panels are constructed of fully welded steel shell, filled with light weight cement making panels solid and quite.
All panels are painted with conductive epoxy resin in order to be dust proof and rust free. These panels are non combustible rigid and solid.
It deliver the ultimate in strength, durability and acoustic performance. Panels available in 600×600 and 500×500 sizes.

Components of the System
1. Raised Floor Panels
High-strength raised floor panels manufactured with steel encapsulation and cement infill for excellent load performance. Panels can be supplied in bare finish or factory-applied surface finishes depending on project requirements.
2. Adjustable Steel Pedestals
Heavy-duty galvanized steel pedestals provide vertical structural support and precise floor leveling. The adjustable design allows different finished floor heights to accommodate project-specific requirements.
3. Galvanized Steel Stringers
Steel stringers connect pedestals horizontally, forming a rigid structural grid beneath the panels. This connection significantly improves load distribution, floor stability and vibration resistance.
4. Pedestal Head Connection System
Specially designed pedestal heads allow secure attachment of stringers and panels, ensuring proper alignment and strong structural integration.
5. Surface Finish Options
Panels can be supplied in multiple surface finishes depending on the project:
Bare panels (for site-applied finish)
Carpet finish panels
Vinyl or HPL finish panels (upon request)
